1. Free learning service

LONGVIEW ACADEMY offers educational articles, courses, digital books, guides and exercises without course fees. Access to members-only resources requires an account. Course availability and content can change to correct mistakes or improve safety.

2. Education only — not financial services

We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, asset manager or custodian. Nothing on this site offers financial, investment or brokerage services or constitutes personalised advice, an instruction to trade or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We do not accept trading deposits or ask you to transfer cryptocurrency.

3. Risk warning

Markets, especially cryptoassets and leveraged products, can be highly volatile. Trading may result in partial or total loss of capital. Examples are fictional and for learning only; no outcome or profit is promised. Start with simulated exercises, understand fees and risks and seek qualified independent advice if needed.

4. Eligibility and safe use

Registration is for people aged 18 or older. Use truthful information, keep credentials private and do not abuse the site or attempt unauthorised access. Do not share accounts or upload malware. Where law restricts access to any content, comply with applicable law.

5. Educational materials and intellectual property

You may read the materials for your personal, non-commercial study. Printing or saving an individual guide for personal use is permitted. You may not sell or republish the library without prior permission. Third-party trademarks remain with their owners.

6. Availability, errors and accounts

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accessible, but interruptions can occur. You may delete your account from the account page. If you cannot access your account, contact [email protected]. Email-based password recovery is not yet available and requires a verified transactional-email provider before wider public launch.
